The HomeTown Network is sensitive to the need to protect free speech rights. The "Back Fence" was created as a tool to empower residents to do so. While the  expression of strong feelings is welcome, we do ask that postings be appropriate for a family publication. Maintaining a safe online environment requires everyone's cooperation. Sites that allow the public to post are vulnerable to abuse. Please report any inappropriate posting immediately to:  jim@hometic.com
